Imagine starting your morning with a walk along tree-lined streets, passing the organic farm and community gardens on your way to The Coffee Shop for coffee and a pastry. That’s part of everyday life in Agritopia, one of Gilbert’s most charming neighborhoods.
Designed as a modern village, Agritopia has a wonderful mix of homes in different sizes, colors, and architectural styles. Mature trees shade the streets, front porches add character, and walking paths lead through arbors and shared green spaces where neighbors gather and spend time outdoors. Cottage Homes are clustered around common areas with smaller private yards, while the larger Classic Homes offer traditional backyards, with some featuring basements or detached casitas.
Agritopia’s agricultural roots are still very much a part of the community. Its working organic farm, orchards, community gardens, and chicken coop are reminders of the land’s farming history. Fresh produce is available at the farm store, and local favorites include Joe’s Farm Grill, The Coffee Shop, and Barnone. The nearby Epicenter offers additional dining and shopping.
Part of what makes Agritopia so sought-after is how naturally everything fits together: the homes, gardens, farm, restaurants, and places to gather. It’s a community where so many of life’s simple pleasures are just a short walk from home.
